This is a part time Cross Utilized Agent position.
Cross Utilized Agents are responsible for both Ramp and Customer Service Agent duties.
Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight and company mail on and off aircraft
Greet passengers, issue
, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner
Escort passengers and special needs customers safely and courteously
Marshall aircraft in and out of the ramp area
Service aircraft as needed
Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on quality, detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and leadership skills required
Ability to lift 60+ pounds consistently with or without a reasonable accommodation
Type 30 words per minute
Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
Willing to work split shifts
Preferred Skills
Outstanding listening, speaking, writing and interpersonal skills in both technical and non-technical fields necessary
Ability to prioritize and quickly adapt to changing environments/priorities
Energetic, creative, individual; proponent of change with solution-oriented skills a plus

Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions
Required Licenses and Accreditation
Must be at least 18 years of age
US citizen or show proof of right to work in US

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
