The Retail Services Department has openings for part time Retail Services Specialist to cover the Montana area.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-5 years retail experience; well versed in retail operations.
High degree of initiative with strong planning and organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and a customer service oriented attitude.
Produces quality work; completes assignments in a timely manner with little or no follow-up.
Self motivated and work with minimum supervision. Must be able to work independently.
Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment.
Capability to adapt to the changing needs of the company.
Able to make good, sound decisions recognizing problems and taking appropriate steps to resolve.
Energetic, enthusiastic, assertive.
Working knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office.
Flexible hours are a must.
Must have valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review store departments and other operational compliance.
Provide details and/or specific information on a particular report as it relates to company programs.
Responsible for accessing web site for data input and online meeting presentations.
Adapts appropriately to various situations, coping with adverse or unusual circumstances.
Requires extensive travel within Division responsibilities.
Other duties as assigned.
