The Montana Standard is seeking a proven sales leader that excels in customer service. This new team member will meet or exceed assigned sales goals while providing customers with excellent customer service in both sales initiatives as well as circulation needs.
This full-time position needs to be a team player willing to roll up your sleeves to move our company forward. Duties include but are not limited to: assisting walk-in customers as well as daily operation of switch board to manage call-in customers, outbound calling to initiate existing sales with current customers as well as cultivate new relationships to grow customer base, subscriber services, financial reporting and dispatching.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking and being a self started. Proficient math and computer skills are a must. A high motivated individual with previous customer service and sales experience is required.
The Montana Standard offers excellent medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K, vacation, sick and personal days. Compensation is a base salary plus commission.
